§ 91.1425CAMP: Maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration programs.
Each program manager who maintains program aircraft under a CAMP must have an inspection program and a program covering other maintenance,
preventive maintenance, or alterations that ensures that—

(a) Maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations performed by its personnel, or by other persons, are performed under the program manager's manual;(b) Competent personnel and adequate facilities and equipment are provided for the proper performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations; and(c) Each aircraft released to service is airworthy and has been properly maintained for operation under this part.
