ARD label. 

(a) Except for size and color, the POI-

SON INHALATION HAZARD label 
must be as follows:

§ 172.407, the background on the POI-
SON INHALATION HAZARD label and 
the symbol must be white. The back-
ground of the upper diamond must be 
black and the lower point of the upper 
diamond must be 14 mm (0.54 inches) 
above the horizontal center line.
