§ 172.432 INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label. (a) Except for size and color, the INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label must be as follows: [Please see PDF for image: ER28DE11.006] (b) In addition to complying with § 172.407, the background on the INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCE label must be white. (c) Labels conforming to requirements in place on August 18, 2011 may continue to be used until October 1, 2014.
