§ 172.552 ORGANIC PEROXIDE placard. (a) Except for size and color, the ORGANIC PEROXIDE placard must be as follows:

[Please see PDF for image: Er29de06.001] (b) In addition to complying with § 172.519, the background on the ORGANIC PEROXIDE placard must be red in the top half and yellow in the lower half. The text, division number and inner border must be black; the symbol may be either black or white. (c) For transportation by highway, a Division 5.2 placard conforming to the specifications in this section in effect on December 31, 2006 may continue to be used until January 1, 2014.
