half. The text, division number and 
inner border must be black; the symbol 
may be either black or white. 

(c) For transportation by highway, a 

Division 5.2 placard conforming to the 
specifications in this section in effect 

on December 31, 2006 may continue to 
be used until January 1, 2014.
